Arts for All offers art and craft workshops with the goal of bringing families together and increasing access to art programming for immigrant families. During our Art for All workshops children and adults spend time together, connect with other families, learn about resources at local community organizations and foster their creativity through artistic practice.

We chose to focus on bringing families together through art because immigrant families sometimes don’t have the opportunity to sit down and work on something together. We think that art is an ideal means to create connections within families and in community.

Art for All is led by immigrant community artists; Alicia, Brittany, Elizabeth, Emely, Iris, and Juliana. Artists develop their workshops so that families and children can learn a new technique, use various mediums and work together to complete a piece that then they can bring home.
